The SmartDives Portable Oxygen Cleaning Unit is a first-of-its-kind solution engineered to make oxygen-cleaning operations safer, easier, and fully mobile. Built around the needs of modern commercial diving teams, the unit allows operators to perform oxygen cleaning of hoses and pipework directly at site or within a workshop, bringing controlled, repeatable cleaning procedures wherever they are needed.

Oxygen cleaning is a vital safety requirement within IMCA-aligned operations, with guidance set out in IMCA D031, supported by IMCA D012 and IMCA D048 for cleanliness and oxygen-compatible system management. This portable system enables teams to maintain those standards consistently by combining a practical layout with precise control over temperature, flow, and cleaning agents.

The unit features dedicated onboard tanks for freshwater and BiOx oxygen-cleaning agent, each equipped with heating capability to achieve the correct cleaning temperature as required by oxygen-cleaning practices. Designed as a plug-and-play system, it supports multiple hose and pipe sizes and allows operators to clean several lines simultaneously, improving efficiency during high-activity periods.
