Medical Oxygen (MO) Quad 16 Cylinders

The SmartDives Medical Oxygen Quad (16 Cylinder) is a high-capacity, portable oxygen storage system designed to deliver a clean, reliable and organised supply of medical oxygen for diving and hyperbaric operations. Built with a durable carbon-steel frame, the quad features a front-facing control panel for easy access to charging ports and hose connections, ensuring operators can work safely and efficiently.

With sixteen 50-litre cylinders securely mounted, the unit supports extended operational endurance while maintaining a practical footprint. Integrated forklift pockets and a 4-leg lifting sling allow for safe handling and straightforward mobilisation on site or offshore.

The system is assembled using fully oxygen-compatible components, including T2 Alloy (Tungum) tubing, S-LOCK brass fittings, Swagelok AFS-series valves, an Aqua Environment high-flow regulator, and Mass pressure gauges. Colour coding and marking follow IMCA D043, and all cylinders are supplied with full TPED / ISO 9809-1:2019 certification and individual test documentation.
