10ft Dive Control Container

The SmartDives 10ft Dive Control Container is a compact, purpose-built command centre designed to give supervisors full control over air and mixed-gas diving operations. Thoughtfully engineered within a DNV-certified 10ft offshore container, it brings together a complete three-diver air/mixed-gas panel, integrated CCTV, communications, recording systems, and breathing-air storage — all in one well-organised, efficient workspace.

At the heart of the container is the three-diver air/mixed-gas control panel, featuring colour-coded pneumo gauges, individual oxygen analysers with alarms, and high-quality components from trusted brands such as Swagelok, Ashford, Amron, and Tescom. Each diver station is supported by its own camera feed, communication line, power supply, and recording capability, allowing supervisors to maintain clear situational awareness at all times.

The interior is designed for operator comfort and safety, featuring PU insulation, vinyl flooring, fire-retardant doors, built-in fire-fighting systems, and environmental controls including A/C and ventilation. Twelve 50-litre breathing-air cylinders are neatly integrated into the structure to ensure constant readiness.

Built in accordance with IMCA D018 and IMCA D023 (Design) for surface-supplied diving systems, the SmartDives 10ft Dive Control Container offers a reliable and ready-to-mobilise solution for projects that require a compact yet fully capable dive control room.
